The Classic Series Full Brim hard hats are one of the most popular styles of head protection. The hat has a six-point suspension with 1″ wide nylon straps that offer increased balance and comfort. The Full Brim hat offers increased protection from harmful UV rays, glare, splash, and rain.
This head protection is considered America’s most popular full brim hat. There is an absorbent cotton brow pat that provides superior comfort. There are vertical adjustment snaps on the front, side, and rear positions of the headband that form the basis for a customized fit without the removal of the suspension. The ratchet suspensions on these hard hats are Flex-Gear, and it has a cushioned nape with a large, easy to turn ratchet knob.

- Hat style helps protect against splash, glare, and sun exposure.
- Your choice of either the self-sizing 6-point pinlock suspension (RS6PC) or 6-point dielectric, Flex- Gear® ratchet suspension (RS6RC). The 6-point suspension system provides a comfortable, secure fit and allows for the distribution of energy over three crossed straps attached at 6 points.
- Pinlock suspension – Incremental sizing of 1/16″ hat size (5mm) makes a secure fit easy.
- Pinlock suspension – Vertical adjustment capability (two in front, two inside, three in rear) for a secure fit to different head sizes.
- Pinlock suspension – Size adjustments allow the headband to be centered inside the shell for better balance and comfort.
- Ratchet suspension – Ratchet suspensions can be adjusted between hat sizes 6 1/2″ – 8″.
- Ratchet suspension – Vertical adjustment capability (two in front, two inside, three in rear) for a secure fit to different head sizes.
- Wide (1″) crown straps provide more comfort and helps the suspension system absorb energy. The round, wide crown area also allows for good ventilation.
- Replaceable cotton brow pad is comfortable and cools by pulling moisture away from the skin.
- Pad print capability in up to eight different locations on the hat – logos may have up to six colors per location.
